Fibrea Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 21 October 2026
This notice is for residents of Washington State (My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373), Nevada (SB 370) and other US states with similar laws. It is published at https://fibrea.fit/health-privacy/. Our full Privacy Policy is at https://fibrea.fit/privacy/.
Consumer health data we collect
- Questionnaire health information: health limitations (for example blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, pregnancy, injuries, a doctor's restriction), diet and allergens, sex, age, height, weight.
- Body measurements and weight history.
- Workouts, breathing sessions, heart rate during sessions, daily sleep and stress check-ins.
- Food diary and nutrient totals.
- Menstrual cycle dates and how you feel during the cycle.
- Data you choose to import from Apple Health or Health Connect: workouts, heart rate, steps, sleep, weight.
- Progress photos.
- Precise location, only while you record a run, ride or walk. We do not use location to infer visits to health care providers and do not set geofences around them.
Why we collect it and how
From you directly, from your phone's sensors and Bluetooth devices during sessions you start, and from Apple Health or Health Connect when you connect them. We use it only to provide the features you request: training and nutrition plans, tracking, statistics, cycle calendar, and — if you turn them on — the AI coach and plate photo.
With whom we share it
Only the service providers that run the features (Supabase for storage, Anthropic for AI features after your separate consent) and Apple or Google when you ask the app to write data to Apple Health or Health Connect. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use it for advertising.
Your consent
We ask for your consent before collecting consumer health data beyond what is needed for the feature you ask for, and a separate consent before sharing it (for example with the AI provider). You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Account.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, access it, get a list of third parties and affiliates it was shared with, withdraw consent, and have it deleted. Use the app (Settings → Data → Export; Settings → Account → Delete account) or e-mail privacy@fibrea.fit. We answer within 45 days. If we refuse a request you can appeal by replying to our answer; if the appeal is refused you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
